Good Morning Exercise

I am a huge fan of working out first thing in the morning. I always feel so refreshed and seem to make healthier choices throughout the day if I do workout early. However, I am not a fan or waking up before the sun to drive myself to the gym and back before work. So I usually go to the gym after work, so that I can destress from the day. Alas, my current schedule is not allowing me to go to the gym after work at the moment   So I tried to find a compromise and think this will work.

Pinterest truly has everything. You know that saying, "there is an app for everything", well I believe there is now "a pin for everything".

I typed in "morning exercise at home" and voilĂ ! I got hundreds of pins showing me just that.

I chose to pair a HIIT workout with some easy yoga and, man it was a great! I felt wonderful afterwards and ready to start the day.

You do this exercise sequence 3x total which is about ~15min. And then do the Yoga stretching for your cool down, about ~5min.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

After trying another workout routine, do this one for 30 days and then move on to another routine.

300 Ultimate Abs

"OUCH!"
is what I exclaimed breathlessly after completing this ab work out.

But it was well worth it.

This is not just your average sit up 1000000bagillion times workout and not your "only working your front- abdominal-area" workout

This is a full CORE work out.
11 workouts
1 set of 25 reps each
Have 15 min?

Want to brag that you just did 300 abdominal exercise

Than check this chicka's blog out:KayciesAntics
She has Pictures to go a long with every move

but still, a Healthy foodie's dream

So get your gear on and bust it out

Here is a List of what we are doing:
  1.  In-N-outs
  2. Bicycles
  3. Reverse Bicycles (concentrate on these)
  4. Crunchy Fog (these are the easiest for me...ODD)
  5. Cross Leg/Wide Leg sit up
  6. Scissors
  7. Hip Butt ups (really work your lower abs)
  8. Heals to Heaven
  9. Roll up/V-Up (THE HARDEST ONE!!! GAHHH)
  10. Leg Climbers (I like this one, never heard of it)
  11.  Kayakers (row, row, row!)

Let me know how you feel afterward!

Take the Challenge!

Muscle doesn't really burn fat, (I know, I know you heart is broken) but it does replace it and keep it away! So read on.

Muscle looks way better than fat so don't think: "oh no! I don't want to get buff; you wont--unless you pack down those protein bars/shakes and start heaving lifting.

So get motivated and build those guns!

What do I do?
One thing I've been doing are these challenges every morning for the last 3 weeks and man oh man is it showing some amazing results!!! (I'll get some pictures up soon)

It's supposed to be a ONE week challenge but I felt so good after the first, and then the second, that I had to start it a third! (I know crazy but you'll want to too!)

Try it out for size.

Do both challenges at the same time.

Together they are ~25-30 min work out

Drink lots and lots and lots of water through out the day and you'll see some results!

p.s. there is butt challenge too...
